Jason Schneider

Jason is the Founder and Head Coach at TriTrain Endurance Coaching. 5x Ironman, 20 years racing 70.3, olympic, sprint, marathon, ultramarathons and over 10 years of coaching and personal training experience, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge across all disciplines. In addition to coaching TriTrain Endurance, Jason is a Complex Group Fitness Manager and triathlon coach at Equinox Clubs.

Dave Hanson

Dave is a seasoned professional triathlon coach and personal trainer with a specialty in cycling. He has competed in many triathlons up to the Ironman distance. You can also find Dave at Equinox where he is a personal trainer.

Certifications: USAT Level 1, US Masters Swimming Level 2, USA Cycling Level III , National Academy of Sports Medicine CPT

Holly Sortomme

Holly was a competitive collegiate swimmer and has over 20 years of swim coaching experience, working with both adults and children. She began competing in Sprint & Olympic distance triathlons in 2010, and continued to the 70.3 and Ironman distances. In 2012 she completed her first marathon, and has gone on to run 6 more. Holly has been coaching triathlons for the past 6 years, and specializes in the sport of swimming.

Mike Stotland

Mike is a former collegiate runner whose specialty was the mile/1500m (4:12 mile PR) with over 15 years racing experience from 800m up through the marathon distance. Mike found and fell in love with triathlon in 2010, and since then is a 2x Ironman, has several podium finishes at the olympic and sprint distances, and continues to train and compete today. Mike has been coaching triathletes and runners for 6 years.

Carla Weier

Carla began her career as a personal trainer and holistic health coach 12 years ago in NYC.  Along the way, she became interested in endurance sports and ran NYC marathon followed by Boston.  Having found a community and sport she really enjoyed she decided to challenge herself further with triathlons in 2008.  She has raced Sprint, Olympic and 70.3 distance and has found she excels and really enjoys the Olympic distance.   Carla’s coaching is focused on assessing athletes’ functional fitness and addressing imbalances as well as nutrition and lifestyle counseling.  Primary certifications:  NASM personal trainer, USAT level 1 Coach, RRCA Running Coach, and Certified Holistic Health Coach.   She lives in MDR where she has access to a private gym and pool for individual training.
