How to Feed Your Sweet-Tooth without Expanding Your Waistline

Want to curb those candy cravings?  Try this:

  • 1/2 cup NF cottage cheese
  • 1/2 small Granny Smith apple chopped
  • 6 almonds chopped = 150 calories
  • less than 15g of NATURAL sugar and 3g of fat.

Stir it up and eat! To boot, it’s really filling and a great energy boost.
